Seeking Help Business Entity for Affiliate Marketing

Hi there, I'm running affiliate programs in the U.S. and would like any insight on how to set up a business entity for legal protection and taxation purposes. A few questions I have are:

• Do you recommend setting up an LLC for my affiliate business?
• If I don't set up an LLC or business entity for my affiliate sites, what's the best way to create privacy policy, terms of service, affiliate disclaimers?
• Is it possible to set up an anonymous LLC to keep my personal identity confidential?
• Can I set up a central LLC, then create websites that are "Services" of the LLC?
• Do you have any recommendations on how to create the privacy policy, terms of service and affiliate disclaimers for my site?

In the US corporations, LLCs and even county filed DBAs name the officers or individuals (in the case of a DBA or Partnership).
You could use the address of a mail drop and pay for it but by law the mail drop will make your real address available (in many or most states). P.O. box holders real address are given on request by USPS.

An Attorney can front for you as your address or a CPA as to the business location given on the privacy policy, terms of service and affiliate disclaimers for my site ( or any address really --to be legal that address must accept legal service --be a real place). A Resident Agent will accept service also.

L.L.C is annual paperwork and a renewal fee also. You will need a commercial account at a bank also as opposed to a personal account.

L.L.C's or Corporations will protect your personal assets from any court judgement (usually --consult an attorney).

Do you recommend setting up an LLC for my affiliate business?

Everyone that has a business should first incorporate themselves as an LLC, and then convert to a C Corp or S Corp at a later date if advantageous. For me it is T J Tutor, LLC. All of my subsequent entities are under the T J Tutor, LLC shell. Incorporate yourself with an LLC, then form a DBA for each new entity like your affiliate business. Convert every DBA to another LLC (or Corp.) once the new entity is well established. Each stand on their own and individually responsible for their own liabilities and assets, but wholly owned by their parent company (you).

This is just my opinion, but it's the basic architecture for most of us with business pyramids.
