Job Description
We seek a business development manager and leader in affiliate marketing who will drive agency growth for our clients. Our agency specializes in working with big brands to drive significant online sales. We continue to be indispensable to our clients and to deliver innovative solutions in driving market-leading volumes.

The key features of the Business Development Manager are as follows:

- develop and implement new business for big brand clients

- create and deploy new revenue-generating campaigns and promotions

? closing business in pursuit of quarterly revenue goals

- collaborate with marketing, creative, sales and technical teams to realize projects

- target, reach and recruit key partnerships to realize campaign goals

- generate outbound sales pipeline in key verticals and niches

? fulfill all aspects of successful sales cycles (RFPs, quotes, proposals, presentations, closing, reporting)

? delivering on promises to multiple audiences

Skillset should include:

- ability to negotiate contracts inside and outside of affiliate partnerships

? negotiating skills to negotiate pricing with high-volume partners

? ability to come up with exciting ways to promote the client's brand and product offering

? engaging personality and great communications that can translate across email, phone and in person


Job requirements
The successful candidate for business development manager will have extensive experience in the Internet marketing, e-commerce and affiliate marketing space. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience of agency experience in this client-facing role with the ability to work a long sales cycle.
