Bing Squeeze Page Quality Score 1?

Hey , I'm new to PPC and Bing and I cant get my ads to show .They are both stuck on a quality score of 1 saying the user page experience and page relevance is poor!

Heres what Ive done :

My Ads
1. I have 2 different clickbank product campaigns in Bing linking to a relevant squeeze page on each.

2. I have good ad copy on both with my keywords in the Title/description.

3. Keywords are broad match and Ive set a high price per click.

4. The squeeze pages are on keyword rich/exact match domains.

5. I have the keywords on the squeeze pages in text .

6. I have the meta tags on the squeeze pages with relevant keywords.

I've tested the squeeze pages with solo ads and have had good opt in .I just can't seem to get bing to up my score .

How much content do you have on your pages? I think BING look for rich content page?

A couple of good pics with alt in tag ,135 words but as its a squeeze page Ive made it simple yet straight to the point .
