Bing Cloaking

Anyone have experience with Bing Cloaking and wouldn't mind helping a newb out? I'd appreciate it, I got the general idea but I feel like I might perform better if I have someone I can ask questions to. Right now I have NoIPFraud, a safe page, and etc. all set up and I'm signed up to some offers. I just need feedback on my safe page and tips to optimize campaigns plus how to keep accounts alive.

I don't personally on BING - have you actually got your cloaker set up?

I can give you feedback regarding your safe page tho as i've cloaked on FB.
