Best way to research for a "winning" product?

Hello everyone

I am starting my Affiliate Marketing journey. For my first campaign I am planning to go with "Direct linking" method to promote offers, but I am unable to find a good product even after days of "intense" research.

Can anyone suggest how should I approach to find good converting products?
