Best Way to Choose the Right Product?

OK, I admit. I am new to this and, after admittedly too much research, I feel like I am ready to go. I just cannot get over that hurdle of putting all my trust in to a specific product/company to spend all my effort and money with. Bite the bullet and hope for the best or is there a better way to decide?

Bad idea --never put all of your eggs in one basket
Split your budget up into $200 - $500 slices to try things out ... I am assuming that you will be incurring advertising expense (in cash).

Ads are what I'm thinking now. I had been thinking all along to grow organically for free, but it seems now like it would grow much faster doing advertising even though like a lot of people new, I'm on a shoestring budget to start. Good advice though!

Yes, ads are a good way to make money. But before launching your first campaign you've to be wise and strategic with your budgets and all. I would say that you go with SEO. For a simple reason, SEO is a SEO is a low-hanging fruit that requires an upfront effort and once you rank, you will see an influx of visitor to your store.
