One of the things I like the most about Online Marketing is the ability to create multiple sources of passive income.

For those who are not familiar with this term, it is that kind of income where you do the work once and then money will keep on coming with minimum effort on your side. It's not like a job where you have to work every day, and once you stop working you won't earn anything.

Allright, here goes what I think is best in a quick step by step list:

1. Microsite for Loans or Insurance Quotes
2. Build form capture (squeeze) to get contact details
3. Adwords and BING PPC traffic
4. Sell incoming leads to broker or network
5. Charge a commission to be paid per lead
6. Tweak campaign once it can run fully on autopilot
7. Profit
8. Repeat with another product brokers are looking for
9. Have a beer (or many )

Voila ... at least that's how I build my passive income business.
