As long as you are not using any banned or cloaked keywords you should be fine.
In my opinion Finance niche works best with PPC along with medical/dental, advanced education etc.

I was referring to black hat tactics like keyword stuffing, and there are many keywords that are not allowed by mainstream search engines. So do your research before running any major campaign on PPC platform.

Pay Per Call offers. Extremely white hat. Just make sure you read the advertising policies before running traffic, as Google has a few policies that restrict how you can promote certain verticals.
