I was only asking you to let me know if you do not sell it, and of course never said I would pay less than $140, however the site is 10 months old with no PR, surely there must be a reason?

He has a lot of good reviews maybe you should hire him and then ask more for the domain?

Good luck - maybe have a look at Sedo.com - i'm sure you know about them but if not you can sell domains there.
