I use ZetaBoards for a few of my forums. The reason being is that it has a great feature set, and you do not have to sit around and wait long amounts of time for support.

You just have to wait forever to get an update to the software.

I'm not currently, nor have I ever and I highly doubt I ever will. With hosting as inexpensive as it is these days, and many of these hosting packages come with browser based installers for all the popular scripts out there including forum scripts, it's incredibly easy and inexpensive to get one up and running on your own domain, plus have full support from your domain host.
