App monetization

Welcome, I'm looking for a mobile network to monetize my apps by ads (interested in video ads, full page ads, interstitial ads) and is less strict on content of an app (fake apps, not working exactly like advertisied ). No adult content or harmful.

Does anyone knows networks like this? Or maybe one where I can try with my apps? I have huge number od downloads and big traffic to monetize.
