I am a very big supporter of allowing people to write their own Law Blog (BLAWG) Articles on their own BLAWG and the rules we have setup for the Apex Law Service Affiliate Program reflect this fact. We want people to come up with their own formulas for how to succinctly explain the benefit to their readers of hiring an Attorney via the Apex Law Service Network of Attorneys so that they can avail themselves to our lower priced sub-contracted paralegal hours. The idea is to come up with a simple 1-3 sentence "elevator pitch" and to put it into maybe the footer or the sidebar of your BLAWG and to then focus on your Law Writing. There are other affiliate and associate programs relating to the law industry that are popular but they do not allow for this. We do, just make sure to get approval for the wording you are going to be using in your "elevator pitch".

We also are San Diego, CA based, and so you might have the best success if you focus any advertising geographically to San Diego, CA, but we have the ability to very quickly put a Paralegal Team together in any County in any State in the USA and to then use these Paralegals to sub-contract to a Local Attorney in that same County and State who we also have a the ability to quickly find via our larger set of networks. We save Clients with Legal Issues money because we simply run a very efficient business operation and we have a commitment to working with and supporting our Affiliate Marketing Partners. Other than our Paralegal Business Methodologies, the most important thing we do is support our Affiliate Marketing Partners. You are the engine that drives our business which at it's core is committed to providing affordable legal services to people who need them.

The third thing I want to highlight is the fact that we have a multi-layered redundant tracking system. Every time we close a sale and take on a new client, we track back to make sure we find out who sent them to us. The sale is not an automatically closed sale and it take conversation, so there is no tracking trigger that indicates to the system that the Marketing Fee Commission has been earned. We have to enter the sale into the system and so our Affiliates have to be patient with what shows up in their Tapfiliate Dashboards. The Tapfiliate Dashboard shows a conversion every time somebody with an ip address that has logged in the tracking system as somebody who came to our site via your affiliate link leaves a message via our contact forms on the site. This creates a situation where you may see multiple conversions that do not end up earning a commission. This is just a function of the fact that this industry requires conversation and people don't just automatically pay until they have spoken with the Attorney they intend to hire. We are on the ball about tracking the Marketing Fee Commission.

We added a little change to the contact form on your affiliate link page to accentuate the fact that we can work on Entertainment and Sports Law Cases and work with Agency Situations. This is something that we have done, but have not had it accentuated until now because I know AffiliateFix has some World Class Entertainment Niche Marketers.

Also, our Paralegal Office Lead in Las Vegas is very focused on Sports Law and Sports Agency and can be a Pro Sports/MMA Agent and we can do Sports Law work with him, so that is another niche you can focus on.

Ask us about any niche in the Law Industry and we will make it work and even seek out Niche Focused Attorneys to work with in any State and County in the USA so that you can focus your marketing. We are good at setting up Paralegal Teams at a distance to work for our Attorney Clients who want to take in the Clients who we send them via our marketing efforts.

There is really no limit to what we can put together for the right marketer.
