The download link is not open to the general public just because they want you to sign up to their newsletter. In any case, if you are doing a manual installation in you own Linux-based server, you can download the latest free version from their repositories with this command:

sudo wget -O prosper202.zip http://my.tracking202.com/clickserver/download/latest
