I would be a little cautious with that company. I know nothing about them, but initial impression from looking at their site is they are not giving out any information that I would want to join them as a merchant or as an affiliate. They want more information from the merchant and/or affiliate than they are giving out. That's not good.
Checking the information in their WhoIs is a little disconcerting as well.
I recommend you stick with the tried and true networks out there that have a proven track record of performance and payments.
Additionally, that domain name was up for auction in November and was just registered a couple of weeks ago.
This example is a good one for newbie affiliates and merchants considering networks. It really does pay to do a little homework about the companies you are dealing with to see if they have a proven track record or just hung out their shingle last week. It takes no time at all to do a google search or check out the WhoIs record.
I'm not saying this company is not legitimate, but enough flags when up during my search that I personally would not sign up with them.
