Who are you again?
Do you have a website or a social media account of value?
Do you have the money to do advertising --have you in the past deposited and spent money with any ad networks?
Have you worked with other CPA networks in the past? Which ones?

Those are reference points usually ...

Giving a reference requires knowing a person. We don't know you.

@Al Mamun Hi, I suppose the best way to get your account activated - the answering to all questions you received. And if you don't have any references it is always better to answer NO instead of searching like this.
We are always happy to have new affiliates but you should understand that the applying under proxy/vpn, fingerprints with other users and lies about references don't create a good impression.
