As if an abbreviated bear hug from Microsoft weren't enough, Yahoo! now has a new foe: Carl Icahn. After a day of speculation that the billionaire corporate raider might launch a fight to win seats on the board of the embattled Internet pioneer, the Reuters news service reported that Icahn is ready to make the next move in a proxy battle: proposing a dissident slate of directors.
