I have a query for you all. I am hunting for an android emulator which can emulate the functions of having a SIM card. actually I want to get viber desktop functional and its just not happening. Because I cant receive their code on my regular and unsmart kind of phone. You are requested to suggest. I dont have my personnel smart phone in a good condition right now, but I can borrow one from someone else. What all I need to run Viber on my desktop. and i already have bluestacks installed.
