I'm looking for an affiliate manager.
I'm not asking you to bring me a black book. I already have the relationships — I know the networks, the partner contacts exist. What I don't have is the time to be the point person for all of it day to day. Right now that's me, on top of everything else, and it's the bottleneck. I want to hand the wheel to someone who runs it like their own operation.
What you'd actually run:
- Be the point person for our network and partner relationships, so they don't wait on me
- Recruit, onboard and manage media buyers and affiliates — keep the good ones fed, scaling, and happy
- Handle the unglamorous stuff that keeps people running hard: creative handoff, payout cadence, fast answers
- Watch quality — refund and chargeback drift — and act early, before it costs us a partner or a processor
- Push volume up across the board and find the next pockets of traffic worth opening
If you've run BizOp or direct-response distribution before and already know people in the space, great — that's a real head start. But it's a plus, not the price of entry. I care more that you're an operator who can take this and grow it than about what's in your contacts list on day one.
The comp: a strong fixed monthly. No commission math, no chasing a moving number — you run the distribution, you get paid the same every month, on time. I pay well for someone who can actually carry this, and I'd rather pay one sharp AM properly than spread it thin across three average ones. Keeping quality clean — refunds and chargebacks under control — is just part of running it right.
There's real autonomy here. I'm looking to step back from the partner side, not hover over it.
