Altus Media Group - anybody heard or work with this affiliate network?

I just got an invitation to join them but I don't find anything about them on affiliate forums, so it looks to me suspicious.

Anybody heard or work with this network?
Can I trust this network?

This network is a hidden gem in the affiliate space. Although they don't seem to actively promote their network, they've been around forever.
