You originally stated you wanted to "buy".

As for no monthly fees, well, there are no legitimate companies that don't charge either a monthly fee, or a percentage of positive net revenues. You will need to set your sites on paying regularly for the use of an agency account.

I noticed that some weight-loss product campaigns I saw in the Facebook Ad Library link directly to an affiliate URL. I think this would violate Facebook’s advertising policies. Are your ad accounts able to do that?
Up until now, I’ve always thought the proper process should go from a Facebook ad → to a landing page → and then to the affiliate offer link.

Direct linking gets shut down on FB.
