Description
The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the management and execution of the affiliate services platform including marketing strategies/campaigns, generating sales reports, evaluating trends of corporate and public affiliates, creating promotions, and assisting with other client services initiatives. In addition, the coordinator will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure seamless execution.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Effectively communicating company?s promotions to corporate affiliates through e-marketing, telephone, and additional communication methods
Effectively communicating company?s promotions on public affiliates platforms through use of internet links, podcast, blogs, and other forms of media
- Generate tracking reports and evaluate trends
- Assisting the Client Services department with achieving the goals and objectives of other corporate and public platforms
- Work with other departments coordinating promotions and images as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in affiliate marketing industry & email marketing
Experience with affiliate programs, setting up tracking, reporting and monitoring all initiatives
Basic level graphic design knowledge, specifically Photoshop
Knowledge of but not limited to SEO, Text links, Blogs, and Social Media
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications and the Internet
High energy, ability to remain focused on goals, working independently
Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral in a professional manner
Ability to multi-task, be a team player, and have strong organizational skills
Enjoy travel, sports and entertainment
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Background in marketing, communications, public relations, business, or hospitatlity
Experience in entertainment, sports and/or travel industry is preferred
