Affiliate Manager

Our Affiliate Division is seeking a proven Affiliate Manager with experience in online advertising. This position will coordinate with management to create, implement and manage affiliate strategies, including recruiting new affiliates to our successful network and growing revenues of our extensive base of existing affiliates. Essential Job Functions ?
1. Maintaining and growing in-house affiliates
2. Sourcing, evaluating, and recruiting new affiliate/publisher business opportunities within a self identified, targeted list and carrying a sales quota for specific products and market segments.
3. Researching and advising affiliates on efficient methods for optimizing their revenue.
4. Communicating regularly with affiliates over the phone and online.
5. Providing weekly metrics on affiliate growth, ROI and revenue.
6. Monitoring click-thrus, total leads, total sales, creative performance and commissions paid.
7. Keeping up to date on affiliate marketing trends.
QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:
? Affiliate marketing experience a must;
? Strong knowledge of online advertising pricing models;
? Proven track record of new revenue creation
? Thorough understanding of CPA, Co-reg, Lead Generation, Search, and Email marketing;
? Self Disciplined;
? Strategic and analytical mindset;
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, excellent problem solving abilities;
? Proficient in MS Outlook and MS Excel;
? BA/BS Preferred, but not required.
