Affiliate Manager does not respond

Hi guys, I'm trying to get in touch with the affiliate manager via skype and e-mail but he does not respond. I need info about converting offers dont want to jump in on any offer, what should I do? - This is on Maxbounty

Please recommend good source (forum/course/etc)for affiliate marketing newbies (paid/free) I do have experience with CPC networks.
