Hi guys,
I just wanted to know if it is allowed to take offer from a cpa network and then to advertise that offer on another network which does not have that offer? This can be a good way of making money with cpa networks, isn't it?

Not really. Networks only list offers directly from advertisers or from other networks.

Yes, the ability exists. This is what we call network syndication.

It can often be difficult to take one offer from a network and run with another network. Networks need to be competitive with their payouts. Lower payouts = harder time to generate a positive ROI and thus the advertiser may receive lower quality leads.

Network syndication works best when you have an offer that is unique and most importantly direct.

Most networks go direct to the advertiser and aren't interested in picking up offers from another network. As was mentioned, this is the best way to get the best payout. For every middle man you add from point A to point B you take a cut in payout.
