Adsterra & Other Pop Networks for TS Calls — Worth It or Not?

Hi everyone,
I want to confirm something from experienced members. For TS call generation, are networks like Adsterra or other pop-traffic networks still effective today? Or do pop-ups mostly give low-quality calls now?

Is it better to stick to Google/Bing for TS calls only, or can pop networks also work in 2025 with the right setup?

Looking for honest feedback from people who have tested both.

Oh, that’s a hot topic
Short version: pop traffic can work, but it’s a roulette.
Adsterra and other pop networks do send traffic, but it’s usually very “mixed.” For TS calls, that often turns into random clicks, bots, or people who have no idea where they just landed. Yes, sometimes you get decent leads, but consistency is basically zero.
Google/Bing is the “classic” option: more expensive and slower to set up, but the call quality is on a completely different level. At least you know the user’s intent there.
As for 2025 — pop traffic can work only if you have strong filtering, a solid pre-lander, and you’re ready to test in batches. But expecting pop networks to deliver the same quality as search… absolutely not.
If your budget and nerves aren’t unlimited — stick with Google/Bing. If you want to experiment with alternative sources — you can try pops, just don’t expect miracles.
