Adsense blog for CPA network acceptance?

I have a newbie question...

When applying to CPA networks can I use and Adsense blog when the ask for a website? If not what type of blog do you recommend?

Yeah of course you can. Having any kind of site will give you a leg up.

Honestly I don't know why people have such a hard time getting into CPA networks... just show to them that you're legit, explain how you intend to promote them and prove that you're not a fraudster and they will be more than happy to have you.

Having a site ready to go can definitely benefit, but in most cases it's not even a requirement.
