Adplexity dramas...please help

Hey,

I purchased Adplexity less than a week ago and things were going well. Then I woke up the next day to see an email that my Adplexity subscription had been cancelled.

I checked my paypal and noticed the subscription was cancelled.. I did not do this. So I tried to contact Adplexity support but all they could say was "You will need to resubscribe cause i cant do it on my side. Are you having trouble resubscribing?".

I replied back, twice, saying to please help, I tried to do it in paypal but the option is not there, and I am not paying the money again as that would be ridiculous. I tried to be nice and patient but nothing has been done to resolve this hence I'm hoping one of their reps will see this.

I do love Adplexity but this has left a sour taste in my mouth.

well just contact them again, they will figure this out for you.
they can even refund for the previous month and you will subscribe again.
i think they will do that with you.
