Ok I will share with you some data , of the campaign that I'm running with Adfly
The offer is telephony pin confirmation , to the country Ecuador
Because the impressions in Adfly for latin america are very cheap
and the Spanish is my native language
I bought in adfly 30000 impressions for 30 dollars
1 dollar per thousand impressions and
got 17 conversions for 1 dollar each $ 17
Income : $ 17 (17 sales )
Loss : $ 13.00
This campaign is not giving good results. What I can do?

The problem is that the offers for Latin America do not pay much.
Could try with offers to USA or UK but the price per impressions is higher in these countries.
Latin America: $ 1 per 1000 impressions
USA: $ 5 per 1000 impressions
UK: $ 4 per 1000 impressions

Ive tried it many times with direct linking and got really no leads...
But another thing worked pretty well for me with ad.fly - traffic:
I tried with a landing page with eMail optin + free giveaway
First try:
Money Spent: 20$ (1$ CPM for Worldwide traffic = 20k uniques)
List Sign-Ups: 48
After that I´ve invested another 120$ and had around 300 Subscribers... after that I did AdSwaps and that was all.
My list grows and grows and now I can make money from it! (not that much but a little bit - I prefer to build a relationship to my subscribers so I don´t spam them with any annoying WSO´s which doesn´t make any money...)

have not heard much good things about adfly. we tried using them on one of our pages for some extra income but the ads were so large and the return was so low, we have to use the real estate for something else. I haven't really used them for advertising, but I am assuming the traffic is not too great. I am sure there can still be some room for improvement however, getting to break even is just wasting your time IMHO.....albeit better then losing money

adfly has never worked for me

Not a good source of traffic for CPA, it is however a fine source for brand awareness. Remember CPC = SALES, CPM = BRAND AWARENESS.
