Yes you're absolutely right. It's selling a dream that for 99% won't come true. Just like dating sites, casinos, diet pills, sweepstakes, win an iPhone, etc.

Yes regulation will kill binary options in the end. The playing field is already shifting to Forex and crypto. So this thread will also become obsolete. I have made a shitload of money promoting this stuff and have already moved on to bigger and better things.
As for US law.. meh... I'm offshore and so are 90% of brokers.

Under US Laws you need a securities dealer license to collect any renumeration other than a fee for an advertisement for a registered security product. There is a licensed binary exchange in the USA Nadex

Currently I'm not actively promoting Forex using paid traffic, but I'm working on a blog style concept, with an advanced training that can be accessed for free by signing up with one of my brokers.
This is how I started with Binary as well. But you have to keep in mind that Forex is much more complicated. So the audience is also different. Do some research and you'll see what I mean.
In the meantime let's keep this thread about Binary. Maybe I'll open up an AMA about Forex when I hit the jackpot again.
