I'm looking for way to make a creative to appear as an ebook and tablet

you know when you offer a free ebook to download for your leads

where can i make that creative
i have my ebook

I thought you need a pop up or a landing page ..
I use Photoshop to design such thing

You could look at bookcovers at Kindle and get some ideas then make one yourself or pay someone to do the artwork.

Yep, Photoshop, the Gimp, or any capable graphics program should be able to do it...
If out of time or lack of skills... No brainer for something like this, find a Fiverr designer. Easy, cheap, and quick!

Gimp is a great tool to have, plenty of tutorials too.

Try placeit (dot net) by envato. You can design plenty of ebooks cover in 2d, 3d with what you are looking for
