7 Search - who is using this as a search engine - I don't get it!!

I have used 7 Search a bit - had some success with a Valentines Card campaign - but I have no idea what 7 Search actually is from a users point of view - I mean who's using it to search for stuff? And the 7 Search content network?? WTF & where is that? It makes me think of these fictional search engines you see in TV dramas.

Reason I ask is I have no 'feel' for what sort of people are actually making use of 7Search to look for things. Does anyone know?

Most of 7search users will use it along side a toolbar or plugin that they will download. Kind of like PPV traffic!

I had been having decent results from 7search till the end of last year and then the conversions just went to zero! I tried different campaigns but nothing worked at all. I then allowed my account to run out of funds.

I was then contacted by 7search... (person called David who was supposed to be my account specialist) asking me to speak to him and he would help me with my issues so I could start my promotions again.

I got delighted at their promptness in contacting me on their own to resolve whatever issues I might have been having.

I immediately re-funded my account, re-activated a couple of campaigns and wrote back to David outlining my problem and asking for suggestions.

That was on 18th Feb.... never heard anything from him again!

But of late, nothing seems to working for me on 7search - and I do have quite a bit of experience on PPC plus have been successfully using 7search since last July.

I too, notice that their replies are very prompt up till after you add funds, then they slack off answering.

All in, I won't use them again.

To be honest I've never seen anyone actually using 7Search
