I saw that noone posted here on this forum and i also saw a lot of people asking a lot of questions about SEO and how to do it and asking for help. They should read this first and if they do not find the answer in this thread i will gladly ask to any question they have. I have this from a friend that's Administrator for a huge number of websites and promotes and optimizes them for google. He gaved this to me to learn and told me that if i learn this i could say that i really know SEO so you should learn it too if you want to rank your websites for long term. ENJOY !

You are welcome. Enjoy it. It is nice to know that people are apreciating my share. I am also respecting or at least try to respect in a big % of these 200 factors for ranking when i build a website. untill now i got really good results respecting these steps.
