Bemob is the only one that I can think of off the top of my head. I know they have a free account that you can use forever, if you want to. I'm just in the process of giving them a try, so can't comment yet.

There are others such as TrackingDesk, which have free options or offer a free trial. I know from experience that TrackingDesk has great support.

Not sure if Bevo is still free or not, but I've used them before and they are good.
