On which paragraph a good cold email is CAN-SPAM violation ? It makes no sense to me as CAN-SPAM is exactly CAN COLD Email, but back in the days they didn't know how to name it. Everything else would be forbidden.- SMTPBOXES

You can't expect good results with that volume per IP. I can only tell that this number must be much lower than that. And it seems that each year the possible volume gets even smaller. For 2015 we had no issues with double volume sent emails per IP than 2020.- SMTPBOXES
