I've had cards declined and after messaging their support, they finally approve it... weird. They're also super weird and inconsistent with ad approvals. I've been pretty dissatisfied with revcontent so far, and they have no support on any forums i can find.
I think that would be expected with any ad network, but I contacted Revcontent about this and they told me they don't accept whitelist campaigns anymore for "traffic diversification" or some other strange excuse.
Seems pretty weird to me, considering I'm seeing all the same ads on the high-end...
