@Neo0707 I use a dedicated server. RTB is a little too long to go into, some mDSP do offer retargeting though. Stats for 10th Dec Rev: $89.32 Cost: $63.17 Profit: $26.15 (41% ROI) My latest mDSP campaign sent bad traffic so I paused early and went through all my previous mDSP campaigns. My...

    Help needed with plugrush bidding

Exoclick popunders may be your best choice. Most of the time the CPM prices are $2.5 for US and $2 for DE, UK has branded betting companies so best to avoid that geo. The only drawback is you're not aloud to use certain Javascript in your landing page like alert pops, audio, etc.

This week's traffic is not from Adcash. I'm not going to reveal the traffic source, but it isn't anything special. Stats for 9th Dec Rev: $95.70 Cost: $60.32 Profit: $35.38 (58% ROI) Just set active a new mDSP campaign, I decided that this is the way to scale going forward, will report on that...

@ppcnewbie Do take advantage of the WRW trial, I always found it hard to use because of all the branded fluff in there. @Neo0707 Mobile Demand Side Platform - Basically banner ads on a self-serve platform using RTB technology. Stats for 8th Dec Rev: $108.46 Cost: $72.64 Profit: $35.82 (49% ROI)

@MrSmith Increasing bids to get more volume/quality. Didn't work for me this time. Scaling to other pop/redirect traffic sources. When running RON I don't worry about demographics. Scaling to other geos. Starting with geos that are culturally similar. Scaling to other types of traffic such as...

Above are the stats for this Mon-Fri. Overall campaign profit is $268.20, when I deduct expenses such as translation, bank charges, ink and that today my butter fingers cost me $52 in one hour for putting in a wrong bid my actual profit is $159.20 Adcash has been an inconsistent headache...

    Desktop Banner Traffic

@jstiger Thanks for the headsup - the article was a good read. In your experience, how much better do direct buys perform against DSPs?

    Desktop Banner Traffic

Hello, I'm promoting something very generic (sweeps) and want to try scale it to Desktop Banner traffic, I have only ever done Adult on Desktop so would like some traffic source recommendations based on the criteria below: High volume (my GEO has a low population - based in Europe) Low...

Journal of a affiliate chasing the sweepstakes green

I decided to give Desktop traffic a run and it is performing a lot better. My landing page CTR is <1% which is bad, and the offer CVR is 20% :D Stats for the past two days: Revenue: $520 Cost: $315 Profit: $205 Profitable, and there are still optimisations to be made, cutting non-performing...

Journal of a affiliate chasing the sweepstakes green

Sorry I haven't updated in a while, had to re-assess and also fell sick for a short period. I came across a nice lander on AdPlexity promoting a certain voucher offer that had ran for 2-3 months on pop traffic. It goes the extra mile and I was surprised to see that no one had replicated it for...

    Decisive recently..?

They don't have any traffic at the moment and couldn't provide a deadline on when it will be back. However the support still contacted me back within 24 hours.

@RobinWilson What do you mean "you feel they are more like offer's landing page?" It shouldn't be hard to distinguish between an affiliate landing page and an offer landing page. It's like comparing Black and white. Responsive Web Design Course - DesignCourse.com The course was originally for...

@promes Googled apk sites. ZP I came across by accident when typing yotube.com Since people are really interested in spying, I just subscribed to AdPlexity yesterday and am really impressed. I have used WRW, MobileAdScout in the past but unsubscribed as I desired more for the price I was...

Journal of a affiliate chasing the sweepstakes green

Pains me to say it, but today didn't go anywhere near as I had expected. Pop campaign I moved my zeropark sweeps campaign over to adcash and the result was bad. $50 spend $2 Revenue I don't understand how it can do 100+% ROI on a $11CPM placement, and then you get other placements at half the...

Journal of a affiliate chasing the sweepstakes green

@Joojick I would say try it for one month and get as much from it as you can. I guess it depends on your current budget. @johnny9 I am not currently subscribed to any competitive intelligence tools. I spy on adcash, propeller ads, zeropark on my Samsung Galaxy S4 + HideMyAss VPN. I also try...

How to track the bids (cost) in POP traffic.

Not all traffic sources provide the option to pass on the cost via a token. With Voluum you can manually update the cost, I don't know if AdsBridge has something similar? If not, then the next best thing is to use excel to keep track of daily cost and revenue.

Cheap Quality v/s Good Quality Traffic

I wouldn't call it "cheap quality" but rather "low quality". Cheap is used to describe cost of the traffic, not the quality.

Journal of a affiliate chasing the sweepstakes green

@mrcolorwolf I think the very first thing I would do is look at my current skill-set and budget. For example if you only have a $500 budget and don't know html/css, then buy a few books to learn those basics whilst you build your budget up with a 9to5. Highly recommended - Join the Mobile...
