I would have to vouch for MobiCow. They have excellent customer service and an easy platform

I understand lol I used to do offers like that, but now I do not at all.
And yes I have spoken with Dominic. He has told me that CPI offers like that do work for responsive traffic
and great ROI. I am just not into that type of affiliate marketing however.

I would always send them an offer the second day out. Depending on what your "freebie" or "free trial" offer was
as an incentive to get people to opt-in the first time. The reason why I say send it on the second day, is

Actually it all pretty much depends. I have found that if you use double opt-in
then the quality of your list turns out to be much higher, due to the fact that the user
must aknowledge A second time that they want to receive information from you.

i have been using and they have excellent customer service.
As well as helpful guides and blogs to help you list build more effectively.
