I definitely prefer micro-niche and would reccommend giving it a go. A subject like health is just so broad and competitive that it's going to be a near impossible job ranking and getting traffic for a keyword like "health".
Something like "stomache reduction exercises" on the other hand... ;)
No I find it easy. Much easier then working a "regular job". It took a bit of time to develop an "always motivated" kind of approach but I got there and now I love it ;)

Good advice. Keyword research is one of the most crucial steps to success IMO... choosing the right keyword to target can make the difference between success and failure.
