My daughter was using chrome on her computer at here grandparents, ended up getting a lot of spyware and viruses. I told her to change to Firefox, since then everything has been a ok!
I never tried social sites before, but I've heard good things. Just like the users said above you're going to have to keep updating your account though with new sites. And definitely have a ton of friends.

I would have to say link trading, it's easy and you can get a lot of traffic that way. Some people think it is dead, but I still do it all the time and get good traffic.

Forums sigs are better I think, people click on them and a lot of forums are do follow. Most blogs are no follow and I think not many people click on them.
Great ideas, but pretty much already known by all of us. What it comes down to is backlinks and a lot of content. Those are the two factors most important I think!
I used to do it, made a little money, like $400 or so in a year. I tried every survey company out there, it's not worth it. You can make more money by making your own site and promoting it.
