In past few months they raise criteria for applying to AdSense. You must have website at least 6 month old ++... But, with Adsense you 'll earn most money than with all other PPC programs on net.

I'm really sorry that the situation is such by Google and I hope that this will change with time. I do validation on my sites and I believe that many webmasters take care of validity their sites. :)

Just to supplement that everything that you wrote the above still applies to "duplicate contet". Of course it is best to have a unique content on your website and thus be more interesting to your target audience, right?
