I wanted to download a file from Mediafire, I pressed the download button and this ad appeared! Here is the ad I want, where can I find this ad model or site? I want to make the same one, I would like to thank those who help me in advance! "3

That is a banner positioned in the footer of that page.

**added: look at the HTML source of the page and the CSS as to the position: fixed, or absolute

I didn't see that that part: It is probably a JavaScript onClick event OnClick. That's usually a redirect of the intended link. However, in this case a banner was loaded in that <div id=NamedEvent></div>
look at the HTML source of that page and that area F12 developer tools in your browser.
if it's an ad network there will be some URL but not the network name (unless it is in the comments in the JavaScript loads it).
