There is a MAJOR effort underway to try stop the CA bill with associations and organizations much bigger than our little industry. I will give you more info on what we are working on just as soon as I can release it.

Unfortunately if this bill passes, it may be a trend for many states and the industry may be left in limbo for a while until nearly all states have a law and it will simply be common place to have sales tax.
