Translate post from other blogs to my blog.

Is it accepted to translate posts from other blogs and use that content for a post on your own language and blog?

Or is this seen as plagiat?

I guess nobody would ever see it if you translate it in your on words.

What is the general opinion about this?

I'm guessing its fine but i'd always quote or credit the original blog or author.
