The #1 Most Important Factor When Starting a Facebook Campaign?

I've been studying a YouTube Facebook Ads "guru" and he says the #1 most important thing you can do to get sales to your store is to use Instagram Influencers. These IG influencers recommend your product. He recommends buying 24 hours shoutouts (for $25-$50) on the influencer's page and in the photo caption have an ad and link to your IG page. The IG page then links to your store, and your store has the Meta pixel installed.

If you get sales, you now have purchase data (this is the most valuable data). Meta will now have a better understanding of who to show the ad to.

The reason why influencer marketing works is because of trust. Influencers create trust. Trust is important in the sales process.

The "guru" recommends using microinfluencers (people with 50k-100k followers). He also recommends experimenting with individual influencers, meme pages, and theme pages.

Buying Facebook ads can be expensive because Facebook doesn't know exactly who to show the ad too. It's possible to spend thousands of dollars and still not get any sales. Once you have sales, it becomes easier to test other adsets, optimize, and scale. The "guru" who said this claims to be making $983,277 a month in revenue from one of his stores.

What do you think?

Thanks

According to Shopify's blog however, they generally cost $100–$500 per post.
That is probably current, or was accurate when written.

I suggest you might try some smaller fish at fiverr --you want to see their social media feeds first and see if the posts get deleted after a time. Or, how long the will be 'stickied' etc.
