Questions about Facebook link posting!

Hey,guys! I'm glad that I found Affiliatefix. I love it. Anyway, I'm a super newbie. I have a question here, wish anyone could help with.
If I take the offers from Maxbounty, which are allowed social . Can I post the link to Facebook my own new status, or can I just sent my link to anyone that I'm chatting with? What shall I pay attention to, or need to avoid?

When they say "social" promotion is allowed , means That an You can promote via an Ad on a social site Like Facebook or Twitter
not sure if you can just post the link in status updates or chat is allowed

If you have some kind of Fanpage then i think its allowed

not 100% on this
Contact your affiliate manager , info is in your homepage when you sign in
