I personally feel one quality post a week is better than 5 or more crappy ones. As long as there is some regularity in posting you can develop a loyal readership.

most people are in fact still looking for information, so give them that, but just make sure it's good information and not an endless blah, blah ...

what I do ... i write it, then forget about it and read it again the next day; edit it and then I post it ... I'm alwqays amazed how bad i find my own first draft ...
