I haven't noticed any changes either.
There were some minor updates in June and July but the last major and confirmed Toolbar PR update was in April. It is not in real time, it is not showing your actual page rank, so I don't see any reason to be stressed out about. From my point of view, achieving a high ranking in serps is more important than having a high PR.

Why do you care about PR ? It is better to focus on SERPS
No pr update on any site i notice that. Google is going to change its pr policy that's why they can late for update pr.
