Opt in list /email subscriptions !!.!

Hellllllllooooo there , just looking to get some good opt in list information. I have not used one yet and im creating a landing page where i will be offering a free e-book in exchange for there email and I was wondering if anyone could recommend any good somewhat cheap ones to check out. I found a couple but there's so many I would like to know the best ones and maybe ones that you have used from personal experience ??

Aweber is the best. I would invest in a good AR so that you can use it to expand on just collecting email addresses. Aweber is not that expensive.
