Absolutely NOT! Sometimes it takes me an hour or so in the morning to find some of them. We kill them as soon as we see them.

You should see how many like this our platform and addons prevent from signing up each day. 100's.

Posts like that may be you clicks (as they are click-bait) but few in any 'direct' conversions.

Well, I can't blame them too much, I'm sure everyone who's frustrated enough with fraudsters and a lack of their own results, asks that question every once in a while. Hopefully it remained an unrealized idea.
