Hello you very intelligent and creative individuals. I do hope you are having success with your internet marketing projects and you are doing well.

I was reviewing website traffic statistics for Live Jasmin which is a very popular site. This has 2,722,847 unique users each day that generate 3,659,049 daily page views with a daily revenue (from advertisements, i.e Google AdSense) of $ 3,659 USD approximately. This is a really amazing achievement to be able to generate this much traffic. I kindly wondered what are the best ways to scale up a website to get this many unique users each day please? Would a combination strategy be best such as SEO, paid advertising please? Further how come sites like Live Jasmin become so popular yet many other sites fail or dont reach the popularity level of Live Jasmin please? If anyone kindly had any thoughts on this it really would mean the world to me and i would be very thankful for any advice you can give.

Wishing you a wonderful day and i do hope you achieve massive success with your internet projects. With very best wishes for your success and i do hope you are happy.

Aside from requiring a HUGE ad spend, this company has been around for 22 years and been growing every year since. Porn was among the first to launch commercial enterprises online.

Soooo, if you have a huge ad budget and 22 years to invest, then I wouldn't attempts to compete with them. There are plenty of ways to monetize similar sites, but to get them to compete with Live Jasmin is going to require a load of employees, vast connections to performers, a huge budget.

We have many representatives in our resources with offers to promote in that niche if that niche is of interest to you and those that do promote adult offers can earn big.

If your question is more general about achieving stats like that in another niche, that's a different story. It depends on what niche, how much staff you have, and what your budget is.

Live Jasmin
LiveJasmin has one of the worst reputations in the webcam industry among affiliates, studios and models --I would stay the hell away from them. I both worked with them and for them as an affiliate for years.

That said:

When I found the original LiveJasmin.com they were a little iframe offering to pay any studio $1000.00 per week if they could keep 5 models online at all times (IIRC).

I added their ( LiveJasmin) iframe to my own small (and struggling) webcam broadcast website.
The affiliate money came from Latvia and the business was located in Budapest, Hungary.
I also added Streamate.com's iframe to my cam site.

They built their affiliate business base on a revolving 14 day cookie --no affiliate was to be tied to a customer's spending for more than14 days unless that customer reentered from that same affiliate's referral link. To make the story short, the affiliate program became a pirate ship of cookie stuffing.
LiveJasmin helped to ruin the pay site porn business by financially supporting and buying massive amounts of pop up ads, pop ad blockers did not exist back then. So, the allegations of the porn pay site go. They enabled the tube pirates by funding them with advertising money. The whole internet is a pirate ship really --so maybe they were doomed to fail anyway.
While their cookies were persistent (not overwritten.)
When a new popup occurred many cookies had either expired or had been deleted.
So "no mia culpa" slippage became the name of the game.
Basically, they stole the customers back from the affiliates, then tried to deny it.

When you sleep with dogs you wake up with fleas.

But that is how LiveJasmin made their mark.
Negative branding with pop up ads as well as display ads (banners and iframes).
Many hate the LiveJasmin brand and even more learned of the brand by parasitic advertising.
We estimated their revenue at over $100 Million /yr in 2010 --that may be right or wrong.

What a failed to mention above, was the disruptive value proposition LiveJasmin offered the webcam customer. The cam industrie's price of the incumbent operators was around $4-$6 per minute at that time.

LiveJasmin was based in eastern Europe, and found low wage, cam performers [mostly contracted by studios] in eastern European countries and Russia to work for $1/minute on private cam -- about 20% of the going rate --then after time that raised the prices of private session on cam.

So, exploiting human capital too. I suppose that I, myself, bought some bad Karma helping to enable that ...

The last cam site I worked for had about 125K visits per day.
Sessions over 1 min ~60K day

We spent over $1 million a year on Google AdWords (back then) we also had near 3000 affiliates including several LARGE ones 'whales'.

BRANDING not the silly SEO games. REAL product with name recognition.

But you need a creative idea, or in the case above, we were niche to the French language.

The chats were primarily French language.
Good and bad as that alienated English speakers so that was a difficult market but a much larger sales volume :(
